Time, Time Time!!

Time is essential in any metaphysical practice. It plays a vital role in feng shui, bazi, date selection, yijing and qi men dun jia.
In bazi (four pillars of destiny) your birth time reflects your career, employees, children, desire, passions, right side of your body, entertainment and your old age. That’s a lot of information and if you don’t take note of your birth time it may be difficult for astrologers to guide you regarding many aspects of your life.
In feng shui time and location both go hand in hand. I am sure you know what a sha qi or a poison arrow is, but did you know that time will tell when the sha qi will show its ugly side. In feixing (flying star) system of feng shui time can tell you what events will occur in your or your family members life for that particular year, month, day and hour. Did you know that it is time that makes an area or room auspicious or inauspicious? For e.g. in period 8 the #8 white star is considered auspicious but in period 9 the# 8 white star is old qi and #9 purple star will be considered auspicious.
Even while applying certain feng shui remedies like door tilting or desk/bed positioning or placing a water feature or beginning construction or moving house time needs to be considered. It has to start at a particular date and time only then will you be able to reap its full benefits.
You know that a good date elevates you from a good position to a better position. Again time is crucial in date selection. Besides feng shui i.e. door tilting, bed/desk placement, water feature placement, ground breaking, starting construction/renovation date selection is used for business openings, marriages, engagements, product launch, house moving, litigation, divorce, buying assets, starting a job or school/college and signing a contract. It can also be used for more mundane things in life like shopping; yes you can get better deals and good quality if you know which day to shop. All you weight watchers can use a good date to start a diet or exercise regime. And if you really want to lose the pounds change the location of your bed to a location which will make you sweat in other words exercise.
In qi men dun jia time is crucial in drawing up the chart for doing the analysis. A qmdj analysis can inform you of how an event occurred or will occur, what is the situation and the course of action you need to take. For e.g. in an interview a qmdj analysis can clearly state your situation, your interviewers situation and the kind of action you need to take.
Time is considered extremely important in yi. The yi is about the correct action at the correct time. A yijing analysis will tell you whether this is the time to sit quietly or take action or when your actions will bear fruit.
Time is the core of any astrological analysis. Without time you will only have half the analysis and hence you will get half the advice or guidance. Henceforth make a note of the time of any major event in your life. It will help you to get better advice.
