• Date of birth of all family members living in the premises
• Floor plan of the premises
  

For offices

• Date of birth of key personnels
• Floor plan of the premises

How will it be done?

• A set of forms will be required to be filled in by you. Do email us for the online feng shui consultation forms at mail@jayashreebose.com
  
• After doing a thourough analysis of the information sent by you, Ms.Bose will recommend the changes required. The audit report (includes recommended changes) will be sent to you either by email or post (whichever preferred by you).
• All your queries regarding the audit will be answered through one of the following ways mentioned below.
• Telephonically (a date and time will be set when you can call Ms.Bose and have a talk)
• e-mail (you can send in the questions you have and Ms.Bose will reply via email)
• Via any of the messenger services like MSN and Yahoo.
  

Please note that online feng shui consultation doesnot include site visits.
