How is a feng shui audit done?

• Ms.Bose and her assistant will personally visit the site for collecting information regarding the residents and the site.
  
• Determining the house facing is the first step in a feng shui audit, a Lo Pan (chinese compass) is used for this purpose.
  
• For optimal result external features (site/land inspection) study is done.
  
• The date of completion is taken into account to chart the qi pattern of the premises.
  
• Analysis of clients birth data to determine favourable and unfavourable directions.
  
• An astute assessment of strengths and weaknesses of the site is done.
  
• Practical and feasible recommendations are made regarding
  • Allocation of rooms and doors
  • Adjustment of kitchen/stove
  • Sitting and facing of clients bed, desk etc
  • Layout of garden
  • Allocating gates and driveways etc.
  • Date and time selection for construction, repair work, rennovations etc.
• Review of plans after recommended changes have been followed.
• A report of the audit can be collected from the office within seven working days.

Method of payment

We accept cheque/ draft/cash payment. 50% payment has to be made a week prior to the appointment date. The other 50% of the payment can be made on the day of the audit.
