Human resource and bazi - employers and employees

MBTI, Big 5 Personality or any other psychometric evaluation tests can help a firm to select a suitable employee for a particular job. In other words the HR department knows that the candidate is capable, but does it know if the candidate has the ability to carry out their assigned tasks and execute plans. Is the HR department sure that the ‘key’ personnel they are hiring is not going to change jobs within the next six months? Or worse is going to face marital problems and stop performing at work?
In Asia many politicians, superstars, business tycoons have in-house feng shui and bazi practitioners, who are given the tasks for employee selection, site/property selection, date selection, calculate the outcome of meetings and mergers etc. Most Asian business men do not like taking chances. A bazi analysis is a tool that is useful both for the employer and the employee.
Now let me give you a scenario your firm is about to launch a product on which it has spent thousands of dollars on research, advertisement, marketing etc. A project manager is selected to handle all pre-launch and post launch requirements. A week prior to the product launch the project manager has an accident. He is hospitalized and can not be physically present at office for the next three weeks. There are two options for the firm either to make one of his assistant’s the project manager or bring in a new person. It’s a crisis no one could foresee. Could they have prevented it?
Now let’s take another scenario your firm decides to do a bazi analysis of its prospective project managers. A bazi analysis can point out health issues, marital problems or any other kind of problems that may affect the output of a person. Your firm is pre-informed and selects a person, who is not only the most suitable for the job, but will also be mentally and physically fit during the job.
Bazi is an amazing tool as it can outline a person’s image (the picture the world sees) and who he/she truly is (the inner person). It helps employers know in advance if the person they are hiring is fit for the job and can perform his/her duties. As an employer/boss you will know what will make your employee/junior work extra - if it is verbal appreciation, name (good designation), financial appreciation or gratitude. Bazi can enhance work productivity, job satisfaction and benefit both the company and employees. It can help in retaining good employees.
What does bazi do for employees? As a job seeker you can select the right industry and the right job profile. For example you could be an excellent team player but you are stuck in a job which requires you to work alone or vice versa. You would be miserable and always looking for a new job and never find any job satisfaction. It’s a tough job market and many job seekers in a quest to get a job compromise on choosing the right industry or the right profile, creating a mismatch of expectations between you and your employers. Neither of you are happy and ultimately you will leave or your employer will ask you to leave. A bazi analysis will help you to learn your potentials and drawbacks; it can define your work profile and help you identify your suitable industries. This ensures job satisfaction. It guarantees smooth and fast career advancement.
