MATCHING THE BUSINESS AND THE OWNER
For any business to thrive the business has to be compatible with the owner. For this the individual's bazi needs to be analyzed. A bazi analysis can help in selecting the correct career option or business.
MATCHING THE HOUSE AND THE BUSINESS
This is one of the most important factors in business feng shui. It is ideal to have a square shaped house with none of the sectors missing however due to modern architectural design and space constraints this is not always possible. In such situations where you have to select between different properties to start your business venture it is advantageous to know which kind of building will be suitable for you.

The next step would be to divide the floor plan according to the eight sectors. For those who donot know how to divide the floor plan or draw a floor plan click here .
After you complete dividing the floor plan and know the facing direction of the building the next step would be to check for missing sectors. General rule is if more than 25% is missing then it is counted as a missing sector. In the floor plan below the southwest and west sectors are missing.
Had this been a real estate developer's office or an ayurvedic shop, this business would have failed miserably. Every missing sector reduces the effect of the star in that sector these stars have their own characteristics and these characteristics are important for the business to run smoothly.

You have to make a note of qualities required in your business or office and ensure that those sectors are not missing or are afflicted with sha qi.
